Service Technician

Independently performs basic/complex diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned equipment.

Responsibilities will include:

·         Performs equipment diagnostics and determines what repairs are needed

·         Performs repairs as requested by the Service Manager

·         Participated in all job-related training and development

·         Prepares all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments

·         Maintains current product knowledge if Case IH and competitive products

·         Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment

Skill & Qualifications:

·         Outstanding knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems

·         Skillful in operating vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes

·         HS diploma or equivalent

·         Ability to work weekends and varying hours during seasonal ag production

Pay will be based on experience and skill level.
