• Participate in job-related training and development
• Prepare reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments
• Additional duties as requested by the parts manager or leadership team
• Maintain condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment

Skill and Qualifications:

• Outstanding knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Skillful in operating vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
• HS diploma, or equivalent
• Ability to work weekends and varying hours during seasonal ag productions

Looking for a motivated self-starter for a shop assistant and cleanup position at Central Illinois Ag. Must be willing to work independently and as part of a team. An ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and is organized. Potential candidates must have good communication skills and be able to take pride in their own work.

Responsibilities Include:

• Clean and detail equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shop and adjacent areas
• Assist technicians as needed
• Ensure that technicians’ workspace is kept clean and free of trip hazards
• Other duties as required

Skill and Qualifications:

• Ability to be on your feet for 9-10 hours per day
• Ability to be punctual and work overtime as needed
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays as needed
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted
• Experience driving heavy equipment not required but preferred
